RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/SENIOR RECRUITER/HR A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to further their career in a growing sector. BASED: Birmingham
BASIC: £25-35K
OTE: £50K+

·You would be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, in a vertical market where you can develop your own niche

·Would not suit an aggressive recruiter, rather a consultant used to working in a strategic way and who enjoys networking

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Experience of the full recruitment life cycle
·Ideally you will come from a HR recruitment background although this is not essential
·You must have a consultative style that provides full solutions to both candidates and clients
·Excellent client relationship building skills, as well as new business skills and the ability to identify and close new opportunities
·Key attributes are; an entrepreneurial spirit, professionalism, a commitment to excellence and an innovative way of working
