Recruitment - Commercial Perms/Temps Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham

The Package:
Salary will depend on ability and recruitment knowledge, between 18-25K basic plus excellent OTE, 20 day annual leave rising with service.

The Recruitment Brief:
Our client now seeks for their Birmingham based office a Commercial Perms/Temps Recruitment Consultant.
You will have a strong and tenacious personality and be able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment. Working within a fast paced sales environment, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, day - to - day tasks include business development, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in initial job descriptions to negotiating final offers.

The Person Spec:
Your responsibilities will be to act as an effective representative for this recruitment company both internally and externally by maintaining professionalism and positivistic attitude and ensuring that confidentiality of all business activities is maintained.
Applying candidates will have a demonstrable track record in winning new business, be money motivated, and have a natural ability in recruitment. The successful applicant will be an expert in their field and be able to enjoy outstanding opportunities which our client has to offer.
