RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Excellent basic salary £17,000 - £24,000 + (dependent upon experience)

This is a recruitment business with many years experience within the UK market. They have a professional image, excellent infrastructure and a fantastic management team. With a variety of disciplines (including Commercial, Finance and Technical) within most locations they handle business with world class companies, yet a large percentage of success derives from their smaller more local clients too. They aim to employ dynamic individuals who enjoy sales (telesales and face to face sales) and are able to develop long lasting relations.

ROLE
They are wishing to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work within the Industrial Division. The emphasis will be on developing business within the local market place. The desk will be your own and you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance. You will be able to work on your own and as part of a team and demonstrate best practice at all times.
This is a 360 degree recruitment consultant role and will include:
? New Business Generation
? Dealing with speculative enquiries
? Maintaining strong client relationships
? Client Visits : identify and follow-up business leads
? Writing proposal documents, tenders, negotiate fees and preferred supplier agreements in line with company policy
? Writing and placing advertisements using appropriate media
? Developing and managing client and candidate databases and relationships
? Raising the image and profile of the company within the employment market
? Ensuring the recruitment administration process runs smoothly so candidates are dealt with efficiently and professionally
? Identifying key recruitment methods and suppliers
? Candidate control : maintain regular contact to review progress and performance
? Pre-screening all candidates face-to-face
? Coaching candidates on interview skills and client information
? Identifying client needs, providing suggestions and advising where necessary
? Qualifying job specification/description/salary information : checking client requirements and all information complied with current employment legislation
? Gathering key data on client and clients organisation and maintain accurate records of information
? Networking internally and externally with clients

REQUIREMENTS
You must demonstrate that you can maintain and grow a busy desk.
Recruitment sector industry experience.
A proven targeted sales record is essential.
Previous telesales experience is an advantage
