THE COMPANY
Our client is based within central Manchester and have a small network of offices across the North. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of Driving and Industrial clients and pride themselves on their ability to react and adapt quickly to their clients requirements.
THE ROLE
They wish to appoint an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to work within this small and effective team. They currently have large contracts and good business levels within this division.
The aim of this role is to match candidates to client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk. You will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients to give yourself the competitive edge over others.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build professional relationships and overcome objections is essential.
If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.
You will have a strong, stable background, be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and thrive on working in a fast paced sales environment with a good business track record

THE REQUIREMENTS
Previous Recruitment Consultancy experience is essential.
A Proven track record within a targeted telesales or sales environment
A full UK driving license
