DUE TO EXPANSION, PROACTIVE CONSULTANTS SOUGHT TO JOIN A SUNDAY TIMES FAST TRACK 100 BUSINESS, AND RECRUITER AWARDS TECHNICAL AND INDUSTRAIL FINALIST

Our clients Northampton office is seeking robust recruitment individuals to develop and grow their already successful and buoyant reputation within the Industrial recruitment sector.

The role

• Reporting to a Branch Manager, you will initiate, develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects for the supply of temporary Industrial staffing solutions.
• All candidate administrative responsibilities will be managed by a servicing consultant to allow you focus on your expertise of sales and client development.
• Working closely with your servicing consultant, you will take the business area you develop to its maximum potential and profit, through the development of sales and on-going relationships.
• You will have a high presence with clients through constant rapport building and ensuring all service levels are being met.

• Strong evidence of proven sales ability or recruitment experience
• Smart, articulate, honesty and commitment.
• Excellent sales, planning, negotiation skills.
