Recruitment Consultant : Industrial
* £18,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary
* Uncapped and fantastic bonus structure
* OTE yr 1 £40K+

Our client, established well over a decade ago, is looking to grow and develop their internal teams within 2012. They have an existing network of branches across the region and handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of Logistics, Industrial and Technical clients (amongst others)
They wish to appoint a Business Development focused Recruitment Consultant to work within this busy Industrial team.
The role will include:
*Advertising, interviewing and referencing applicants
*Skills testing
*Visiting client premises to determine requirements
*Selling the services of the company both over the telephone and face to face
*Working to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and financial targets
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
You will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients at all times.

Previous experience within a recruitment consultancy environment is essential as is a full UK driving license.
