Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Industrial - Swindon

The Package:
Competitive basic salary of £23K plus OTE. Holiday entitlement is around 24 days plus bank holidays. Other company incentives are also offered.

Our client who is a privately owned independent recruitment agency is currently seeking an experienced industrial consultant in Swindon.
They specialise in the supply of permanent and temporary staff to a wide variety of market sectors in and around the Swindon and Cirencester area.
Our client combines both knowledge and expertise of highly experienced staff that are committed to providing recruitment solutions in the industrial sector.  

The Person Spec:
The role is ideally for an existing Perms Recruitment Consultant, someone who is sales focused and proactive in approach.
The brief will be to run profitable desks and achieve all set business objectives through successfully getting the right people into the right jobs and building closer long term client relationships.
