Graduate Trainee Headhunter Top Insurance Firm
Central London
£20k + uncapped commission typical first year earnings £35K

One of the Citys leading headhunting firms specialising in the insurance market is looking for a talented, ambitions, driven individual to join their growing team. With one of the best names in their market they specialise within Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance and IT, all within the insurance market.

Due to significant success within their buoyant market they have significant growth plans over the next 18 months including international and regional expansion. They are looking for bright, hardworking graduates who want to fuel the business to bigger and greater success.

You will join as a trainee on a 6-month rotation programme, where you will spend a month in each department. This will enable you to learn the market, learn how to headhunt and how to become a successful consultant. This will also enable you to network and meet individuals in all areas of the industry. You will then decide which area you would like to specialise in once you are promoted to consultant after 6 months.

You must be:

educated to degree level or equivalent
highly ambitious and driven
hungry for success
financially motivated
sociable and outgoing.
