Onsite Recruitment Consultant - Information Technology - Munich, Germany

50-60K dependent on experience + Bonus + Benefits

My client is a Recruitment Process and HR Outsourcing Consultancy who have built a reputation over the past 15 years for providing recruitment solutions for organisations to meet the ever increasing demands of complex and diverse recruitment requirements.

Their Talent Acquisition Teams work on site at a number of leading blue-chip' organisations managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, reducing costs, accelerating hiring times and improving the overall quality of candidates.

For the past 7 years my client has remained the preferred recruitment partner for an international technology company and due to continued expansion they are now seeking an experienced Recruiter to work on site in their Munich office. Ideally you will have at least 3 years IT/Technology recruitment experience within the German market and will be happy to work in a process driven environment, liaising between line managers and HR and providing a proactive approach to recruitment.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager who is based in the UK you will be responsible for managing all recruitment related activity and will be comfortable with headhunting, providing recruitment advice to line managers and resource planning. You will have additional resource support from the UK however you will be able to draw upon your knowledge and local network to add value to the recruitment process.

This is a key position where Client Relationship Management and the engagement of hiring managers are essential to the success of this position. You will be required to produce regular status reports, manage all communications to candidates and suppliers, pre-select and interview candidates. You will have a good educational background, previous experience of a highly customer facing role, in-depth IT recruitment experience and a strong and tenacious personality.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the above criteria, be able to show a history of success within your previous positions and be fluent in both German and English languages.
