Do you enjoy IT recruitment, but are tired of working with large banks or finance clients? Are you bored of the stock standard approach to IT recruitment? Do you have a genuine interest in Digital Media, Retail, FMCG or Advertising? One of the largest privately owned Australian IT Recruitment Agencies are currently looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join their Digital Media/Retail/FMCG and Commerce Team.  You will be working closely with the Divisional Manager, sourcing and filling ALL IT roles within this sector.  This is an established team, with 2 consultants successfully billing, and room for another to help grow the client pool as well as manage existing relationships within FMCG and Retail.  You are not limited to a technical vertical - you can source and work ANY role you pick up within IT, within this sector. Lots of freedom and opportunities to bill.

 

This desk has some clients to be handed over straight away, as well as a 10 year strong database for you to tap into.  You will be working alongside 2 other fun, dynamic and outgoing consultants, and joining a business who have around 25 consultants in different teams, with clear and concise growth plans.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Local or overseas experience recruiting either in the IT or Digital Media/Retail/FMCG Industry, minimum of 1 year experience required
• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant - Canvassing both clients and candidates
• A positive, friendly personality, outgoing and professional - a bit of spark about you!
• Genuine interest in companies such as entertainment, digital media, retail, and commerce/charities etc.
