ICT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS AND A TEAM LEADER MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

An established Australian Recruitment agency are looking to recruit three new employees to extend their IT recruitment Division, The company has been established in Australia since the early 90s and have offices in Canberra Sydney and Brisbane they recruit ICT professionals into the following industries, finance and banking, government, retail, health, R&D, utilities, multimedia and telecommunications.

The first role that my client is looking to fill is that of an ICT recruitment team leader for their contract divisions this role will see you supervising and developing a team.There is already a team of seven contract recruiters and depending on your experience, you will manage two to all seven of them and in time develop that team even further.
The second is to recruit an ICT consultant that focuses on permanent placements, this is a full cycle role, and you will be responsible for sales and delivery as well as NBD.
Finally, an experienced account manager is needed to nurture and develop their existing client accounts this role will again involve a 360 cycle of recruitment but is will not entail any cold calling or NBD.

PERSON SPEC:KEY ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

1.The visa criteria for this position (and any other in Australia) will mean that either you will be a Graduate with no less than one to two years recruitment experience, or if you are a non-graduate, you will need to have in excess of 5 years experience from within the recruitment industry.

2.You will need to be an experienced Recruitment consultant and be able to prove it.

3.The team is very dynamic and lively, so a positive personality, a strong work ethic, and high standards towards your work as well as your personal presentation are paramount to my client.

4.You will need to be well organised have afun personality and be able to mix well within a team

5.Must be able to work both in a team and on you own initiative and not be afraid to hit the ground running.

6.My client is not interested in someone who is just there for the lifestyle, these vacancies require commitment with a strong work ethic.

7.You need to be looking at this as a long-term relocation.

8.Please do not apply if you are not currently in the recruitment industry as you will be disappointed. This company only wants people currently recruiting and billing as ICT recruiters.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
Basic circa Au $60k (£30k) for account manager and Perms Consultant
Basic circa Au $80k (£40k) for team leader.
Both roles include SUPER + LAFHA.
