A rapidly expanding IT and Telco recruitment agency want to add you their team!!! Based on the Eastern seaboard, my client has recently re-branded and refocused their vision and are looking to recruit forward thinking high achieving billers to contribute to their growth. The vision is to develop the business in Sydney to support the growth from their already established Melbourne and Brisbane presence by concentrating on the high margin senior positions. There are two vacancies available they require a Senior Consultant and a strong Team Leader both need to be well versed and have gravitas within the IT and Telco recruitment field. You will be growing the business along side an experienced manager who has extensive local market knowledge and is more than competent of developing the new brand. You will be recruiting for IT professionals into some of the following verticals; Project services, Infrastructure, software development, ERP/CRM and senior appointments. The role will be clearer defined as you develop your desk, but for the time being it will be a full 360 degree role in a contingent function. This is a start up position but you will be able to leverage clients from their other offices so you will need to be strong and competent with business development and client relationship building. PERSON SPEC: KEY ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 1. The visa criteria for this position (and any other in Australia) will mean that you will either be a Graduate with no less than one to two years recruitment experience, or if you are a non graduate you will need to have in excess of 5 years experience from within the recruitment industry. 2. You will need to be an experienced IT and Telco Recruitment consultant and be able to prove it. 3. The team is very dynamic and lively, so a positive personality, a strong work ethic and high standards towards your work as well as your personal presentation are paramount to my client. 4. You will need to be well organised have a fun personality and be able to mix well within a team 5. Be a strong sales person, be career driven or be a career biller. 6. PACKAGE INCLUDES Salary Ranges from au$50-$65 for the senior consultant $80au for Team leader with circa au$150 OTE + sponsor 457 + LAFHA + Super.
