An opportunity is here for you to work with our client, a highly respected and unique recruitment business that is thriving with business in both the contract and permanent IT recruitment markets.

 

 

 

Working as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on IT contract recruitment you will enjoy working as an integral part of a sound and supportive business that thrives on providing staff with the skills & resources to excel in their jobs.

 

 

With a range of clients that are PSA and non-PSA based, you will fill a range of roles and source candidates together with the teams resourcing staff. You will then work to expand your portfolio whilst leveraging off internal and external business networks.

 

 

To be eligible for this role, it is surprisingly not essential that you possess IT recruitment experience. After all, this is where the agencys impressive training program steps in to expand your business & market knowledge.

 

You will however possess:

 

• Sound experience as a recruitment consultant within a busy agency environment
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• A sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a new environment and market
• A strong work ethic and a respectful demeanour
