We currently have three clients who are keen to secure the services of a specialist IT recruitment with a background in the Networking / Infrastructure sector. My clients represent a cross section of the Melbourne recruitment market and offer a variety of different platforms for you to work from. From Exec Search to a hybrid desk in a specialist agency and an Account Management opportunity we have an opportunity that match your ideal next role.

 

 

All you need is the:

• Ability to be a consultant give expert and professional advise to both clients and candidates
• Ability and willingness to develop business -  both new business and within an existing client base
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work well in a an autonomous environment and take ownership of desk
• Track record of finding and filling roles in the Networking / Infrastructure market

 

 

About the roles:

• Work closely with new and existing clients in establishing their recruitment needs
• Keep in constant contact with candidates to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Service both clients and candidates with utmost honesty
• Meet monthly targets
