Our client is one of the top ten recruitment consultancies in the UK and they belong to a large group. The Group houses a number of well known recruitment brands in the UK across a number of different sectors. They are very well known in their sector (IT recruitment) and have developed relationships with a multitude of key clients in various sectors. They place a variety of IT related personnel in to clients across the UK and indeed the world.
The Opportunity
Due to expansion, they are currently seeking 5 additional consultants in their Birmingham office. You will conduct the full recruitment cycle involving sales and business development, liaising with resourcers to identify suitable candidates for your roles and meeting with clients. This is a targeted role and you will be responsible for a monthly/annual budget. They have a successful team of existing recruiters and you will work with like minded individuals who have a string work ethic and who are rewarded well for their work, in terms of commission and incentives.
Your background
Ideally you will have recruitment experience, preferably within the IT recruitment sector of at least 6 months. You will be comfortable with sales and within a targeted environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with clients and candidates at all levels and presenting the company’s services at business meetings.
