Recruitment Consultant IT Birmingham Salary: up to£35k + Highly competitive commission structure SRBmItRc85 "Exciting opportunity to work for a leading boutique IT recruitment firm in Birmingham." My client is one of the Midland's leading IT recruitment firms who specialise in working with senior candidates (up to £1k p/d) primarily on a contract basis throughout the IT sector. They are looking for an experienced consultant to come and join their rapidly expanding team. You will have 12 months + recruitment experience, working within the IT market and will be able to demonstrate an excellent billing record. My client is looking for mature and driven individuals who are able to work in pressurised environment. You will need to be target driven and money motivated. You will be responsible for securing your own clients; as such this role is only suitable for individuals who will be very pro-active in terms of business development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is already very well regarded within the marketplace and has strategic growth plans in place.
