Due to the fantastic year on year growth we are now looking to expand our Bristol team and are looking for driven consultants to join our successful and fun Manchester team.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working through the full recruitment life cycle, building your desk through business development, referrals and leads. You will be focused in a specific industry area to become a true specialist, ensuring that your service delivery to both clients and candidates is at a premium.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following;
Previous recruitment experience with proven billing history
New business development experience
Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
Passion and a desire to succeed in a target driven environment
