Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an existing senior IT recruitment consultant or Team Leader to join a successful and expanding IT Recruitment Business in the West End. 

Up to £40,000 + great personal commission and team override  

As Team Leader you will lead from the front by delivering on several warm accounts. The company covers the whole of Europe from their London office and has a variety of key accounts along with a portfolio of smaller active clients in the Microsoft Dynamics, Storage / Virtualisation, Digital Media and Security Cleared IT recruitment markets. 

In addition to billing you will inherit a team of 4 permanent recruitment consultants and have remit to develop and grow the team. 

Team Leader Package

• Up to £40,000 salary negotiable dependent on experience.
• Excellent recruitment consultant commission scheme calculated to be 33% higher than the industry average.
• Team Leader override on all team members.
• Share scheme / equity plan.

Team Leader role

• Billing from a warm desk covering UK and Europe for several technology niches in which the company is already established.
• With the support of the internal recruiter and management team, recruiting new starters (both experienced recruitment consultants and trainee recruitment consultants) to grow the team in a sustainable fashion.
• Leading the team, set-ups and reporting. 

The Person

• Experienced IT recruiter at senior or team leader level with drive and ambition to be developed into a management role.
• Good customer facing skills (will be taking a lead in relationships with several key clients).
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of recruitment professionals
• Experience of involvement in training / coaching of Trainee Recruitment Consultants into successful recruiters.
