The Client
Based just minutes away from Tottenham court tube; specialise in matching high calibre, in-demand professionals with positions in ERP/CRM, business intelligence and pharmaceutical. Established in 1987, they are now looking for an associate consultant to join their hugely successful team within the IT industry sector.
The Role
Your main function will be to run and maintain a specialist recruitment desk servicing new and existing clients, building expert knowledge and providing a consultative service.
Other key attributes will include the ability to successfully and efficiently write good job adverts, negotiate fees/salaries, pick up the phone to win new business/seek new candidates, name gather/headhunt, act as a company representative, liaise with existing clients, arranging interviews, offer consultation, maximize al l placements and achieve the most appropriate margins taking into account the size/quality of the opportunity.
In return you will receive a high level of training/support, a healthy salary and awesome on target earnings (£60k in first year).
You
You will ideally have a minimum of 3-4 years recruitment and a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding targets.
