Specialist IT recruitment consultants, London, £25k-£40k base+ OTE.
My client are a niche technology staffing solutions provider to business across the world and are looking for experienced IT recruitment consultants to join their rapidly growing team in the heart of London.
Established in 2001, turnover has grown to a projected £8million in 2008, with 25 consultants currently on board; they have the remit to double this in the next 6-12 months. The business is split up into several divisions, such as SAP/ERP, Oracle, Middleware, Oracle Fusion, BA, Search, Microsoft Applications and .Net.
The successful candidate must have at least 18 months recruitment experience within a specialist vertical IT market and ideally in the past 12 months you will have billed a minimum of £150k. You will need to be a self starter who is fully proficient in the full recruitment cycle as you will be given the responsibility of running your own desk from day one.
As a successful recruitment consultant you will be driven, tenacious and hugely money motivated.
