Title: SAP Experienced/Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Attributes you must have

• The drive and ambition to make a career in recruitment
• A minimum of 2 years experience in delivering IT specialist recruitment solutions
• A proven billing track record
• A proven track record in wining and retaining blue chip clients or end-users.
• Impeccable spoken and written English coupled with excellent communication skills
• Another European language would be a bonus (Dutch or German)

The position

• We are looking for an Experienced/Senior SAP Recruitment Consultant to identify and develop contract opportunities on the UK, Dutch or German marketplace. You will be in charge of the full recruitment process from winning new clients to account management.
• Upon success Montreal Associates will promote you to a Team Leader position and will enable you to build your own Team whatever your market is. The next step would be a management role taking your business on an international scale or Country Manager if you have the potential and the willingness.
