IT Recruitment Consultant, £22 - 30K OTE £50K+, Birmingham

As an IT recruiter you will be placing people with IT companies across the
Midlands The position will be a full 360 role recruiting within the permanent
or contract IT market. You will be cold calling and generating leads to gain
new business, using your market knowledge, sales, negotiation and persuasion
skills to close the deal and get the best match for you clients and your
candidates. You will be working within a very competitive and positive team
who all work towards the same goal.
