POSITION REQUIRED:
IT Recruitment Consultant 20K - £28K Basic (dependent on experience) + excellent OTE
Located in Manchester.

THE ROLE:
Our prestigious client is now seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant presently working within recruitment and the IT sector. You will be responsible for developing and growing new business and running a profitable desk with the ability to operate using a 360 approach. You should already be or have recently been operating within the highly competitive IT arena. You should also be aware of current technologies
and developments within IT (i.e., .Net V Java etc) The geographical spread will encompass the whole of the North of England. There are also strong opportunities for personal development and promotion.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
You should have at least one years experience in IT recruitment working in either perm or contract, but with a full understanding of both and comprehension of the full recruitment process. The candidate will have to be a hunter with the ability to co-ordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from sale, screening, interviewing, arranging client interviews and placing the candidate. You should have billed at least £100K in the last year.
·Should have used a CRM package before
·Must understand Microsoft Outlook
·Must be able to complete Word documents and mail merge.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
360 degree recruitment.
MOST IMPORTANT THING (MIT)
The applicant should have been transacting in the last 8 months within the IT recruitment industry.
