Recruitment Managing Consultant - IT Contract Recruitment, To 50k basic, 80k OTE + Excellent working environment and benefits, Manchester City Centre Your Profile You will be a hardworking, reliable and creative recruitment professional with experience of managing an IT contracts recruitment team within the recruitment industry although you could also be a highly successful senior recruitment consultant with the drive and energy to succeed as a recruitment sales manager. You will ideally have a proven recruitment track record within the IT contracts market within recruitment. The paramount quality for this role will be your drive and vision to manage and drive a successful team forward. You will have realised where you see your recruitment career heading and be looking for a management position you can put your mark on! The Role You will be responsible for launching an IT contracts recruitment team within an already hugely successful office. Whilst there has been no presence in this sector previously from the Manchester office, the company does have a huge and successful operation from two of it's Southern offices. This will be a hands-on billing manager's role, challenged to launch this division to it's full potential, giving it focus and a name of its own. As the division grows, you will recruit additional team members and your role will evolve more into the management side, building a large team around you.
