Trainee Recruitment Consultant IT Manchester

Basic £16k + commission £50k+
This company has 30 years experience in IT recruitment, placing IT professionals into engineering, finance, government, construction, distribution and retail, and is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join them and make the most of the opportunities and earning potential they have to offer.
Despite having an annual turnover in excess of £111m, this company is always striving to increase its market share and develop new, specialist divisions. As such, they are looking for entrepreneurial trainee recruitment consultants who can play a part in their growth and success.
As a recruitment consultant your day can include anything from building relationships with potential clients, liaising with current clients, cold calling, assessing candidates, and marketing jobs. An ability to work under pressure and multi task is beneficial when dealing with all of this! You will need to be confident, driven, and target orientated, as this is a sales based environment. As such any sales experience will stand you in good stead to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a requirement, as the day of a recruitment consultant revolves around people!
