Job Description

They are market leaders in IT and Engineering recruitment. They are now seeking 2 talented IT Recruitment Consultants to join their contract IT recruitment team in Portsmouth.  

The package

• Starting salary in the range £25,000 - £40,000 - negotiable dependent on experience.

This is a 360 degree Contract IT Recruitment Consultant role. You will be both developing new business and placing into existing accounts. You'll be supported by unlimited advertising budget for use on all major job boards, a bespoke database, including 2 million+ IT / Engineering candidates with unique business intelligence functionality giving you a significant advantage over competitors.

To apply for this position you should: 

• Have at least 18 months contract IT Recruitment Consultant experience with a successful track record of billing.
• Demonstrate the ability to generate new business.
• Have a history of developing strong client relationships and creating consistent long term revenue streams.
• Be motivated, driven to succeed, persuasive and able to sell in a consultative manor.
