IT recruitment consultancy is looking to employ an experienced Recruiter to work on-site within a distinguished IT software company based in Munich. This is an important and pivotal role for my UK based client with this organisation being one of their major clients and therefore it is important this role is filled with the right person as soon as possible.
This role will be working as an in-house recruiter placing European IT professional into permanent vacancies within a Munich based business. The role encompasses full life cycle recruitment and you will counsel candidates through the client selection process in order for them to be successful.
This role calls for you to be proactive rather than reactive working closely with the client in strategic planning of staffing levels & will need to identify potential vacancies. There will be aspects of administration and reporting so attention to detail and able to work to deadlines is important.
Aside from Technical IT vacancies you will also recruit for specialised
sales vacancies all done in a general recruitment style encompassing
traditional style of advertising as well as mapping a market / headhunting.
This will be aided by UK & Munich based researchers who will assist you in
attracting candidates.
There is a fine balance with on-site roles as you will be
employed by the agency but ultimately you will be seen as part of the clients recruitment
team, mixing on a daily basis with HR, internally you will be seen as a member
of the Munich companys staff, so being able to adapt to the culture, structure
and style of both businesses is important.
Established since the early 90s, my client has a branded presence
in the UK, Ireland, and central Europe with a strong senior management team
that comprises of industry experts all of whom had worked within leading brands
and came together to combine their recruitment expertise into one company and
made it the success it is today, many of their clients are household names as
is this one,
So if Munich
is the right location and you can converse at all levels in both English and
German and enjoy a non-sales role then this could be ideal. . . . . . .
PERSON SPEC: KEY ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. You must be BILINGUAL fluent GERMAN & ENGLISH is essential
2. Recruitment experience is absolutely essential - Ideally no less than 3-5 years IT / technical recruitment.
3. Ideally you will be experienced in all methodologies of recruitment (such as proactive networking and headhunting).
4. Experience of working within an in-house or RPO function would be fab but not essential.
5. You need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and adept at dealing with all levels of personnel
6. Have lots of energy and enthusiasm and take a pride in your work and with good organisational and administration skills
7. Trustworthy and honest
