Our client is a niche IT recruitment consultancy who belong to a large group. The Group houses a number of well known recruitment brands in the UK across a number of different sectors. They are establishing a superb name within the sector (IT recruitment) and have developed relationships with a multitude of key clients in various sectors. They place a variety of IT related personnel in to clients across the UK.
The Opportunity
Due to expansion, they are currently seeking additional consultants in their Leeds office. You will conduct the full recruitment cycle involving sales and business development, liaising with resourcers to identify suitable candidates for your roles and meeting with clients. This is a targeted role and you will be responsible for a monthly/annual budget. They have a successful team of existing recruiters and you will work with like minded individuals who have a strong work ethic and who are rewarded well for their work, in terms of commission and incentives.
This is an environment that would suit someone seeking an autonomous role as you will not be micro managed. You will be given support and training if needed and career progression is excellent.
Your background
Ideally you will have recruitment experience, preferably within the IT recruitment sector of at least 6 months however experience in other professional services recruitment sectors will be equally considered. You will be comfortable with sales and within a targeted environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with clients and candidates at all levels and presenting the company’s services at business meetings.
