THE ROLE
- The role specialises in placing IT professionals and within various sectors.
- You will be involved in the entire recruitment life-cycle.
- Emphasis is placed on Business Development and lead generation. It is imperative that the successful candidate has experience in developing new business and is willing to incorporate this as a large part of their day to day role.
- Account management to maximise revenue through existing clients.
- Achievements are recognised immediately within this firm, whether by the financial rewards or by awarding progressive opportunities.
THE COMPANY
My client is an award winning IT recruitment consultancy who takes the development and welfare of their staff very seriously.
They are currently expanding as a result of recommendations and organic growth (51% growth in the last year) and are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant for a start up desk within IT recruitment. The successful candidate will be offered the support needed to encourage this start up and once success is being proved will be moved into a Managing Consultant role/
Their staff retention and staff remuneration are amongst the very best in the recruitment industry and as a result 83% of their recruiters have worked their for more than two years and 53% have been with us for more than five years.
Based in the city centre the company have a very sociable atmosphere and are looking for a candidate with the personality and drive to throw themselves into the role and fit into the team environment.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·At least 12 months experience in recruitment.
Proven billings and achievements.
