You will be in charge of the full recruitment process from winning new clients to account management. In this role you will be supported by a Resourcing Team -already in place- providing assistance on all your vacancies. Upon success Montreal Associates will promote you to a Team Leader position and will enable you to build your own SAP UK Team. The next step would be a management role taking your business on an international scale or Country Manager if you have the potential and the willingness.
