Graduate Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant
Central London
18k Base, 40-45k OTE + Excellent Benefits

They now have an exciting vacancy at their Central London office for a Graduate Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant experience.
As a Graduate Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycles. The role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client management. Based from a buoyant office you will cover either perm or contract vacancies in one of many available technical disciplines.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and posses a minimum of 3-6 months b2b sales experience. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire. The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 18k with an uncapped OTE of 40-45k in the first year plus an additional benefits package. Second year earnings are anticipated to be in the 80k region.
