IT Recruitment Consultant – London
£30-35k basic + £80k OTE

They are currently looking to expand their London IT division. Our clients IT sector is established, well-networked and market aware; they bring mid to senior IT professionals and businesses together.
Our clients IT team is based in our London, Guildford, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen and Dublin offices and covers the entire UK. Their consultants focus on the career development of professionals in a wide variety of fields - from web design to systems implementation, from R&D to network planning, from programme management to integration - as well as a specialist team assisting SAP professionals.
Their team of over 120 dedicated IT recruitment consultants handles around 440 new projects a month throughout the UK in the contract and permanent recruitment of IT professionals into the Banking & Financial Services market and the Commerce & Industry sector, including Public Sector.
Any candidate is going to need to be strong in the following areas:
•Energetic / enthusiastic – candidates with a strong team sports emphasis
•Outgoing – strong interpersonal skills evident in the work place
•Commercial – not just a desire to make ££'s but also an understanding of how the commercial world works or an interest in learning
