£25-30K BASIC + £100K OTE

The Financial Recruitment business fulfills assignments across the spectrum of financial disciplines into government, commercial, industrial, banking and not-for-profit sectors.
As a young, vibrant and fast moving company, our client offers ongoing training, professional management and opportunities to develop recruitment consulting expertise working with the UK 's most prestigious companies. They are currently recruiting for their London IT team. In order to be considered for this role you will need previous recruitment experience, be money motivated, driven and enjoy fast paced sales.
The Key Responsibilities for this position are:
·Develop relationships with key business contacts - both in Birmingham and London (Internally)
·Develop relationships with key business contacts
·Business Development
·Recruit for all IT and Sales positions
·Work with business clients to define recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies.
·Create Job Specifications
·Define regional sourcing strategies.
·Create IT and Sales Recruitment Business
·Manage relationships with external suppliers, negotiating contracts and reviewing services.
