Our client is an independent recruitment consultancy that has been established for 5 years. They recruit within the Education and IT sectors and they are currently seeking additional personnel to expand their business. Their divisions are very successful and because of this they are ready for their next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
The current opportunities are within their IT division. You will be conducting the full recruitment role and will be responsible for generating new business and working to targets. You will report straight in to the Director of the business and he has plenty of warm business and clients to hand over to people however there will also be a need for business development in the role. Opportunities will be available for experienced recruiters to help manage and mentor more inexperienced members of the team and eventually there will be layers of seniority implemented in to the business. They are an independent business and whilst they are growing, they are not looking to become a big corporate business.
Your background
We are seeking individuals who have some kind of recruitment experience. The ideal scenario is that you have a background within IT recruitment but people from other recruitment disciplines will be considered equally as long as you have an interest in IT recruitment.
The rewards
• The salary is up to £30k
• Commission that is paid monthly and on a tiered scheme
• They offer 24 days holiday and close the business in between Christmas and New Year
• Core hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm
