This company is an established provider of Information Technology recruitment across the UK. The IT team has a wealth of experience in supplying personnel to the Technology Sector from individual tactical solutions to complete managed service recruitment provision.
Responsibilities
To work within the IT team in London developing existing relationships and new business.
They are looking for a driven and enthusiastic recruitment professional with experience in recruiting across a range of IT disciplines including:
• Business Analysts
• Project Managers
• Developers
• Pre Sales
• Consultancy
• Architects (SOA, Solutions and Enterprise)
Your role will be to achieve revenue targets through successfully placing candidates with clients.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience within the IT sector.
You will be a driven individual, a self starter who is looking for an organisation that is flexible, ambitious and takes the market seriously. We give our staff autonomy and flexibility to be successful.
You will be graduate calibre and have a demonstratable track record in recruitment and have experience of dealing with clients on a face to face basis. You must be an excellent planner and implementer with a desire and hunger to do well, and progress your career forward.
Above all else you will have the ability to work to targets and have a desire to be the best in your field.
