Our client is one of the biggest names in recruitment with a proven record of success and growth stretching back more than 30 years. They are looking for a resourcer to join their IT team, which is consistently one of the best performing within the company. The opportunities to succeed in this varied and enticing role are huge.
The Role
· As a key member of the IT division you will be responsible for resourcing for the consultants within the team. You will be shortlisting potential candidates, making initial contact and working with the consultants closely throughout the process.
· Due to their strength in the marketplace, you will be working on many pre-existing accounts, and be in the enviable positions of already being on the PSLs of many of the major banks.
The Candidate
· You will have previous resourcing experience, preferably within an IT context, although people with 1 years + experience in other sectors will be considered. Your experience will have been gained at a firm placing into blue-chip clients.
· You will be comfortable of working in a team environment, and being able to rise to the pressure of working in a targeted environment. The management support structure is very well developed but you will be expected to be self-motivated enough to push yourself forward under your own steam.
· The potential for this role is huge, many of the senior consultants and managers who are some of my clients biggest billers started off as resourcers. The potential to move into a consultant position within 12 months is there. If you are looking to build a long term career in recruitment this is a great place to start.
