Job Description

Our client is an award winning IT Recruiter who has been trading for in excess of 15 years in the market. They are looking to expand on their highly successful team by adding an experienced consultant to there Contracts division. The job entails the following:

Accountabilities/Activities:

  • Responsible for finding new business/accounts and canvassing for new requirements
  • To achieve on a daily basis 100+ pro active telesales calls to prospective clients.
  • To constantly achieve your quarterly targets as set by the management.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with prospective and existing clients within the market.
  • Responsible for identifying potential candidates to fulfil client IT contract requirements by way of screening and reference taking.
  • Market accounts by delivering the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for negotiating and closing contracts and renewals
  • Responsible for developing technical and market awareness
  • To update the database with new clients and candidates on a daily basis
  • Responsible for working with the Team Leaders in achieving team and personal objectives against agreed KPI's
  • Demonstrate a commitment to contractor care and application database development.

Salaries and packages (Commission/Benefits) are totally flexible and negotiable depending on the strength of the applicant. Candidates will require the following key skills:

Key Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record of minimum of 12 months (flexible - not necessarily recruitment but highly desired)
  • Proactive telesales/cold calling background
  • Experience in working to targets
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to use and display initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (articulate)
  • Ability to perform when under pressure
  • Customer focussed (visually presentable)
  • Strong relationship building skills
