Recruitment Consultant

We are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy whose main focus is providing permanent and contract recruitment services within niche technical markets across many industries including Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Telecoms both in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant, Experienced Telesales Executive or Sales Executive looking to move into the IT Recruitment Industry. Our culture is aggressive fast paced and target orientated.

You will work as a Recruitment Consultant focussing on both Permanent and Contract recruitment across the UK, European and Middle East IT markets.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities (Cold Calling) and developing client relationships.
• Identifying, headhunting, qualifying and closing highly skilled niche candidates.
• Using sales skills to break PSL's, attract candidates, negotiate fees, negotiate salaries, network amongst your target market and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process.
• Extensive planning and time management.

Experience/Skills Required

• experience within a sales environment and a minimum of A-Level education or equivalent

OR

• Any recruitment experience highly desirable but not essential
• Cold calling experience highly desirable
• Desire to work in a highly competitive targeted sales environment.

Extensive training is provided

Salary

• £18k - 30k + Commission

Our exceptional commission structure and incentives programme means that 20% of GP is paid out in commission when on target.
