SENIOR IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

£70-80K OTE
Do you have IT recruitment experience and want to move to the next level?
Do you want to build your own division leading the senior managerial roles in the future?
I am currently working with an established Recruitment agency who have received numerous awards and accreditations. They are one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK. As part of these plans they are looking to re-invigorate their IT division. You will be working from an existing database of clients and candidates whilst building the division from the ground up.
You will be providing the full range of recruitment services from contingency, search, client paid advertising and retained search and selection. This company is highly focussed on providing a quality driven, consultancy based package to all of their clients and candidates so they are looking for like-minded individuals.
This is a hands-on role suitable for an experienced recruiter who has knowledge of IT Recruitment but is currently prevented from taking the next step into management. You will be able to build a team around you as you grow the division and will be involved in all strategic decisions.
