IT AND TECHNICAL SALES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS / MANAGERS MANCHESTER

Up to £40K plus ote £60K for Managers /  up to £25K ote £50K for Consultants

Expanding fast track multi sector agency is looking to recruit experienced Recruitment Consultants to develop the white and blue collar markets within the IT and Technical arena.  You will come from either background as my client is looking for two consultants / and a team Manager to develop and work within this well established company.

CONSULTANTS
Your role will be to take the engineering/construction desk to the next level.  You will be a strong business developer who is hungry to progress within recruitment and this company.  Ideally you will come from a construction/Aviation/Engineering background but other industry experience will also be considered as long as you have recruitment.

MANAGER - To oversee and build a team within the technical arena.

Basic salary up to £40K dependent on experience and a excellent package.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Must be able to hit the ground running
2. MUST have Recruitment Experience
3. Construction, IT or Accountancy experience, and/or all other disciplines considered
4. Knowledge of the local area
5. Proven sales background and stable work history
6. Hungry to progress
7. Passionate about recruitment
8. Strong work ethic
9. Must have a full driving licence and own car
