Job Description

My client is looking for experienced IT recruiters. Your responsibilities will embrace all aspects of consultancy including business development, candidate generation, identifying and matching to needs and providing after-service care. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance and you will be encouraged to give ongoing consideration to service levels and delivery against expectations. Ongoing development of your skills is important and you will be encouraged to recognise your own strengths and weaknesses and to take every opportunity for further training or coaching. Your communication skills will assist you in building productive and lasting relationships with other members of your team towards increased all-round performance.
