If you are a recruitment consultant with more than 6 months experience then this is a great opportunity to join a specialist recruitment consultancy providing permanent and contract IT consultants across the UK.
Typically this company recruits for salaries between £30k-£150k per annum and bases their contract business on long term assignments paying competitive daily or hourly rates, which means there is the potential to earn a high commission. This company is looking to expand its permanent desk rapidly, and are looking for entrepreneurial recruitment consultants who can play a part in its growth and success, and make the most of the opportunities and earning potential they have to offer.
This is not a micro managed company, so you will need to be ambitious, self-motivated and capable of managing your own desk. You will work in an office that has the atmosphere and buzz of a large company, but without the 'getting lost in system' feeling that can sometimes accompany this. If you have a good billing record during your time as a recruitment consultant, and are ambitious to succeed, then this could be a great career opportunity for you.
