My client is one of the North-West's leading IT recruitment firms who specialise in working with junior-senior candidates throughout the IT sector. They are looking for an experienced consultant to come and join their rapidly expanding team.
You will have 12 months + recruitment experience, working within the IT market and will be able to demonstrate an excellent billing record. My client is looking for mature and driven individuals who are able to work in an autonomous environment. If you are looking to move away from a culture that is heavily KPI driven and micromanaged then this is the company for you. You will have the opportunity to drive your desk forward in the way you best see fit and will be expected to be pro-active in sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
