Covering a truly global market niche IT, they currently have an opportunity for two ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultants to join their Permanent UK Recruitment Team based in Newcastle.
This is a genuine fast-track to management opportunity. My client is experiencing exceptional demand for its services from its client base. The Permanent UK Recruitment Team is budgeted for growth of 15 heads by the end of 2012. My client has an ethos of organic growth and individuals who flourish will have the opportunities to develop rapidly into team leaders and managers.
Requirements:
* Previous Recruitment Consultant experience - any specialist market
* Hard working, self-motivated & highly driven individuals
* Positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication skills
