The Role You will join a team of 9 consultants and will be responsible for winning and developing new IT business either within the permanent or contract divisions. You will develop client and candidate relationships, be responsible for pre-screening CV's, organising interviews and writing advertisements for trade & on-line media. The candidate •Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. •You will ideally be of graduate calibre •Previous recruitment is not necessary as a comprehensive training programme is provided, however a proven track record in a targeted Telesales / Sales environment is essential •You will be extremely driven and money motivated as this company provide a massive earning potential for the right calibre individual.
