Job Description

Our client is a fairly new business but has already established itself in their sector of recruitment. The business is owned by two very experienced professionals who have managed businesses to success previously and decided to set up their own business. They currently have a team of 10 people but plan to double their size by the end of 2008. They turned over a very healthy revenue in their first full year and they are on target to more than double this for their second year. They recruit across two divisions, one being placing business to business sales people in to a variety of clients and the other division is placing IT professionals.

The Opportunity
They are currently seeking several people to add to their IT division. The IT division is led by an experienced professional and the results on this division have been superb and they now want to grow this. They are seeking one individual to place contract IT staff and 2 individuals to place permanent IT professionals. The roles will be sales focused roles and individuals applying must be comfortable with the sales element of the role. You will be required to conduct the full recruitment cycle from taking a vacancy/contract role to making the placement

Your background
You will ideally have a recruitment background with a minimum of 6 months experience. You will have demonstrated your ability in sales and working to targets. The salary is dependent on your experience but for experienced professionals it can be up to £30k basic.
