Recruitment Consultant IT contract
Dublin 2, Ireland
Base salary up to 45k OTE uncapped + Benefits.
Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy within the IT market, and thanks to continued growth and success they are seeking an IT contract recruiter of extremely high calibre to join their experienced team. Based out of luxury offices in Dublin 2, they have a reputation within the market place for excellence and innovation in their approach to staffing solutions.
The role will offer the chance to build a desk, and as such you must be a determined and capable individual with a proven track record of candidate generation and business development in previous roles. You will be expected to use your knowledge and the extensive support structure to hit the ground running and make your mark.
The ideal candidate will have at least a years recruitment experience, with significant focus on the IT contract market. You will be able to establish rapport and trust with both the team, candidates and clients in order to build the business and the company brand.
