Job Description

You will be working alongside our existing recruitment consultants who are already getting the salary, benefits and incentives that they deserve. This role provides a great opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is looking to reap rewards within an innovative, cosmopolitan and sales focused working environment.
We are currently looking to add to our team by creating a new desk solely for contract requirements and specialising in the Oracle and SAP areas of the IT market. Your main responsibilities will be:

· New business development- Maintaining and establishing new relationships across the UK & Europe
· Identifying new contract recruitment needs
· Specific candidate searches and profiling using our bespoke database (of over 300k candidates) as well as other online resources

They are looking for candidates that are confident, hardworking, motivated, ambitious, good team players, possess excellent communication skills and who want to stay and build a career and work their way up through the different roles, thorough training is given from day 1 and career progression is very clear and defined and if the employees really shines there are fantastic opportunities to be taken advantage of!
