Job Description

My client is a globally recognised IT recruitment business with turnover in excess of £500M and a network of offices across 18 countries. In recent years industry accolades have included inclusion in the top 10 of Britain's Best Employers, Recruitment Consultancy of the year, Best Recruitment Agency and Best Candidate Communicator. They have over 8000 IT contractors on assignment and make over 2000 permanent annually.

As a result of expansion to their Solihull office (Midlands hub) they now have vacancies for three experienced IT Recruitment Consultants to join their permanent IT Recruitment team.

The Package

Salary in the range £18,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience you can join as Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant).

Excellent commission scheme with bandings to 25% with extra 20% "roll over" for everything billed over £40K in a quarter.

Flexible benefits scheme, including car / car allowance, free parking, up to 30 days annual leave, life assurance, income protection, contributory pension (6%), and private medical and dental cover.

The Remit

Working within a busy and bustling office this is a full "360 degree" IT Recruitment Consultant role, developing and placing with new accounts. The company puts a real emphasis on responsibility and makes every effort to make the role interesting and rewarding. You will receive ongoing training and development supported by structured personal development and appraisals. In return you will enjoy a wide remit and geography and drive you own business plan / IT vertical market strategy.

The Person

You'll be expected to be punching above your weight from day one, using your wits, contacts and market knowledge win business and make placements.

Applications are inviting from IT recruitment consultants with at least 12 months experience in any vertical market. Candidates with more experience should also apply and will receive a salary / benefits commensurate with their experience!
