An opportunity has arisen for a consultant to join our well established and highly successful Legal Private Practice team.

The team focuses on the recruitment of qualified lawyers into law firms, dealing with all levels from NQ up to, and including, partners. Our main focus isLondonand the South East and we work with all of the leadingCity,USand West End Firms and have established relationships in the majority of these institutions. As a consultant you are awarded the flexibility of building up a client portfolio of businesses within an allocated geographical segment. A key element of the role involves developing and maintaining key business relationships with prestigious firms and working closely with them to satisfy their recruitment needs.

The ideal applicant will be either an experienced legal recruitment consultant with a proven track record of achievement or alternatively this role may suit a graduate calibre individual with a passion for sales. You will possess natural drive and a desire to succeed; the role is tremendously fast paced and would suit a sharp individual who can thrive under pressure. Interpersonal skills are essential as there is a need to strike up / develop relationships at all levels of seniority

Traditionally the Private Practice team has been one of the most successful teams in the company with consultants regularly featuring in the top 10 fee earners. The team dynamic is very supportive and fun with a strong focused approach to the work in hand. Consultants independently commit the time needed to obtain results and have a large degree of autonomy over the structure of their day. The team is looking forward to the addition of new members and welcomes the opportunity to further develop the sharing of candidates and clients relationships that already exists.
